Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Seeded dijon mustard
  • 1 Small clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except oil to a jar and shake well to combine, add the oil now and shake again.

  2. Viola!

    Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
