Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen sour cherries
  • 1 tbsp FHC (flaxseed, hemp seed and chia seed) (or ground flaxseed)
  • 2 tbsp Bare Blends vanilla protein
  • 150 ml Water or Unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender, and blend for approximately 40 seconds, or until all the frozen fruit chunks are smooth.

  2. Enjoy in a small bowl and top with the following options

    Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rolled oats
