Cherry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen sour cherries
  • 1 tablespoon FHC (flaxseed, hemp seed and chia seed) (or ground flaxseed)
  • 2 tablespoons Bare Blends vanilla protein
  • 150 milliliters Water or Unsweetened almond milk
  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender, and blend for approximately 40 seconds, or until all the frozen fruit chunks are smooth.

  2. Enjoy in a small bowl and top with the following options
