  • 1/2 cup cooked white quinoa
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 chopped brazil nuts
  • 100 grams coconut or natural yogurt
  • cinnamon to taste
Instructions
  1. Place cooked quinoa, banana, berries and cinnamon into a bowl a stir

  2. Top with natural yogurt, flaked almond and chia seeds

  3. Enjoy!

  4. Tip the easiest way to cook quinoa is to place 1 part quinoa to 1 part water into a rice cooker and cook for approx. 10-15min. Easy.
