Banana and Berry Porridge

  1. Place oats, berries, banana and water into a saucepan

  2. Bring to boil, stir then simmer for a further 5 minutes stirring occasionally (add protein powder if desired)

  3. Remove from heat and serve in bowl topped with seeds, cinnamon and high protein yogurt.

    ENJOY!

  4. If in a rush place oats, berries, banana and water in a bowl in the microwave for 1 min, stir, then cook for a further 1 min then serve with toppings.
