Healthy Slaw

Ingredients
  • 2 Pink lady apples
  • 4 Celery stalks
  • 1 Cucumber deseeded
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Silvered almonds
  • 100-200 grams Greek yoghurt (Depends on thickness of Yoghurt)
  • Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Finely slice apple, celery and cucumber and place in a large bowl and toss

  2. Add sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, and slivered almonds and toss through

  3. Add Greek yogurt 50g at a time, toss through the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated

  4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon (serves 6 as a side dish)
