Finely slice apple, celery and cucumber and place in a large bowl and toss

Add sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, and slivered almonds and toss through

Add Greek yogurt 50g at a time, toss through the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated

Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon (serves 6 as a side dish)
