Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 100 g high protein natural yogurt
  • 100 ml kefir probiotic yogurt
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 200 ml water
Instructions
  1. Place oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water into a medium bowl, place in microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, stirringly occasionally to ensure all ingredients are cooked evenly

  2. (oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water can be cooked in a saucepan on stovetop)

  3. While to porridge is cooking, peal and slice kiwi fruit

  4. Once porridge is cooked top with sliced kiwi, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt and kefir

  5. Enjoy
