Place oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water into a medium bowl, place in microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, stirringly occasionally to ensure all ingredients are cooked evenly
(oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water can be cooked in a saucepan on stovetop)
While to porridge is cooking, peal and slice kiwi fruit
Once porridge is cooked top with sliced kiwi, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt and kefir
