  • 1 Scoop low carb protein powder (vanilla) (Bare Blends WPC recommended)
  • 1 Mango cheek
  • 1/2 Banana (Frozen is best)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 250 milliliters low sugar coconut water (plain water can be used)
Instructions
  1. Simply place all ingredients into a blender, blend until all ingredients are liquefied and serve in a tall glass.

    Tip: post training add 1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats and blend
