Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Cooked quinoa
  • 100-180 grams Grilled chicken pieces (seasoned with your favourite herbs and spices)
  • Mixed baby lettuce leaves, washed
  • 1/4 Pomegranate deseeded
  • Handful of shredded red cabbage
  • Sliced snow peas
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas
  • Olive oil, Fresh lemon juice, Salt and Pepper to season
Instructions
  1. Simply place all ingredients into a bowl toss well

  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper
