Ingredients
  • 20-40 grams Low carb vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 Banana (Frozen is best)
  • 1 tablespoon Almond/Peanut butter
  • 250 milliliters Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1 Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency

  3. Serve in a tall glass
