20-40 g Low carb vanilla protein powder
¹⁄₄ cup Blueberries frozen
¹⁄₄ cup Raspberries frozen
¹⁄₂ Banana (Frozen is best)
1 tbsp Almond/Peanut butter
250 ml Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
¹⁄₂ cup Ice
1 Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender
Blend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency
Serve in a tall glass
