Over the years of working with clients, I realized that knowing what to do isn’t the challenge—it’s actually doing it. Even with a personalized nutrition and health plan, many people struggle with turning recommendations into lasting habits. This is where behaviour change coaching becomes essential.
Recognizing this gap, I went back to university to study the science of goal setting and the psychology of behaviour change. This has enabled me to go beyond just giving advice—I now support my clients through nutrition, health, and behaviour change coaching, helping them bridge the gap between intention and action.
Coaching is different from a standard nutrition consultation, where I simply tell you what to do. Instead, coaching is a collaborative process where we work together in a thought-provoking and creative way to help you overcome challenges, build lasting habits, and maximize your potential. My role is to guide, support, and empower you so you can create meaningful, long-term change and achieve your health and performance goals.
